Horticultural Assessment & Report (DA Support)

This Horticultural Assessment & Report has been prepared to support a Development Application (DA) for the subject property.

The purpose of this report is to provide an independent assessment of:

  • The installation of nominated trees in accordance with council requirements
  • The current health and condition of the trees at the time of inspection
  • The suitability of planting methods and site conditions
  • The general prospects for establishment and future growth based on observable factors

Scope of Assessment

The assessment includes a visual inspection of the planted trees and considers:

  • Species suitability for the location
  • Planting methodology and positioning
  • Soil conditions (as observable at time of inspection)
  • Irrigation and establishment considerations
  • Overall vitality indicators such as foliage condition, structure, and stability

Conclusion

At the time of inspection, the trees appear to be installed in general accordance with typical horticultural practices and demonstrate [acceptable / satisfactory] indicators of establishment, subject to appropriate ongoing care and maintenance.

This report is provided to assist with council submission requirements associated with the Development Application and/or Occupation Certificate process.
