Do I get the same team every visit?
Systems are in place for full transparency so the business can maintain the same consistency with every team. Business owners are involved every day, every step of the way.
How does the pricing work?
We walk the garden, build a schedule around what it actually needs, then agree one price before anything starts. That figure does not move.
Are you actually qualified horticulturists?
Yes. The team are qualified horticulturists rather than mowers, which is why we can prune in the right season and tell you when something is struggling before it dies.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We work across the North Shore and the Northern Beaches, in a tight radius on purpose. If your suburb is not on the list, call us anyway. We are often nearby.
Do I have to commit to regular visits?
No. Most clients end up on a regular schedule because it is easier, but one-off work is fine too, whether that is a pre-sale clean up, a hedge reshape or a tree removal.
What happens after a visit?
Our lines are always open for any questions. If you don’t have any, sit down and enjoy your garden.
